ABOUT ME

Allison (Nesser) Bayne is the Founder of Creative Counseling Solutions LLC and specializes in working with young children with behavioral challenges. Allison has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and their families that are managing symptoms related to ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, life stressors, and trauma. She has been trained in several evidenced based practices including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Play Therapy. She focuses treatment on incorporating techniques to best meet families’ needs in order to make a positive change in their lives.

Allison received a BA in Psychology from Miami University of Ohio and completed a dual masters program in Chicago, IL where she earned a Master of Science (MS) in Child Development and Master of Social Work (MSW) focusing on clinical practice. Her previous work includes providing direct clinical treatment in a partial hospitalization program, outpatient counseling, along with school-based treatment where she has been able to successfully develop specific behavior management plans and collaborate closely with teachers and staff to decrease challenging behaviors.
